Orders

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders generally cannot be cancelled by the customer. Cancellation is only possible if we are unable to deliver the product for any reason or if the delivery cannot be fulfilled. In such cases, any payment already made will be fully refunded.

Subscriptions

If subscriptions are offered, they can be cancelled at any time via the customer account or by contacting our support team, as long as there are no outstanding obligations.

Refunds for Cancellations

Any payments already made will be refunded to the original payment method in the event of an eligible cancellation.
