Switzerland Shipping Options
1. Standard Shipping
We ship orders throughout Switzerland using reliable shipping partners.
- Shipping costs: CHF 9.– to CHF 25.–
- The final shipping cost depends on the weight, size, and volume of the order
- Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout
2. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within Switzerland for orders over CHF 150.–.
- Applies automatically at checkout
- Based on the final order value after discounts
3. Pickup / Track Delivery
Customers can choose to:
- Pick up their order directly
- Or receive their order at a race track or event where a member of HOBBY41 is present
This option:
- Is free of charge
- Must be arranged in advance or selected at checkout (if available)
- Depends on our event schedule and presence at race tracks
We will contact you to confirm handover details.
International Shipping
- International shipping is currently not standardised
- Each order outside Switzerland is reviewed individually
- Shipping availability, costs, and delivery times will be confirmed before dispatch
- Customers may be contacted for additional shipping payment if required
We reserve the right to decline international shipping for certain destinations or products.
Delivery Times
- In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Delivery times depend on carrier and destination
- Event / track handovers depend on scheduled attendance
Important Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is faulty or incorrectly delivered
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs (for international shipments)
- Risk transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier
